What to Contact Us About
We welcome all kinds of messages, but these are the ones we can help with fastest:
- Reporting a wrong translation. Please include the source text, the language pair, and what the correct translation should be. Machine translation output comes from a third-party service, so we cannot always fix an individual result — but recurring problems with a specific language pair are useful for us to document in our guides.
- Technical problems. Tell us which browser and device you are using and what you were doing when the problem happened. Screenshots help.
- Corrections to our articles. If you are a native speaker and spot an error in one of our language guides or blog articles, we genuinely want to know. Accuracy matters more to us than being right.
- Feature suggestions. Tell us what you were trying to do and what got in the way. That is usually more useful than a specific feature request.
- Privacy requests. To exercise any right described in our Privacy Policy (access, correction, or deletion), email us and we will respond.
Before You Write
Many common questions already have detailed answers on the site. You may find what you need faster in one of these places:

We cannot provide professional translation services, certify documents, or offer an API. For those needs we recommend a qualified human translator or an established translation API provider.
